About bigt.ai
Identity
DAI bigt.ai gives every user a free personal AI with a private workspace and connects it to a decentralized marketplace of AI providers. Bigtangle coordinates provider staking, reputation, settlement, and rewards through Proof of AI Token consensus.
How It Works
1. Create your free personal AI
Every user gets a persistent AI assistant with memory, tools, automation, and a private cloud workspace. The AI can remember context, run tools, connect to chat channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat), and keep workspace data under user control.
2. The DAI Network routes work to providers
AI providers — including OpenAI-compatible APIs, Gemini, Claude, local models, and community models — can connect to the DAI Network and compete on quality, speed, privacy, and price. The user sees one personal AI experience while provider selection can happen behind the scenes.
3. Bigtangle coordinates provider incentives and the AI economy
Providers stake BIGT tokens to participate in the provider economy. Useful service can earn token rewards. Poor or abusive service can lose reputation, eligibility, or staked collateral according to protocol rules. Bigtangle records settlement, reputation signals, and incentive events. This is the goal of Proof of AI Token consensus: rewarding useful AI work instead of empty computation.
Why It Matters
| Problem | DAI Solution |
|---|---|
| AI locked to one vendor | Provider competition can lower cost and reduce lock-in |
| No way to compare AI service quality | Reputation, user feedback, uptime, latency, and task success signals make providers more accountable |
| Users don't own their AI data | Each user gets an isolated container they control |
| AI providers can't easily monetize | Token rewards for useful service |
How Free Works
The personal AI workspace is free for users during the current launch phase. Network usage can be subsidized by the foundation, limited by fair-use policies, or routed to user-configured LLM providers. As the provider marketplace matures, BIGT incentives are intended to reward useful provider work without forcing users to understand the token mechanics.
This page describes both what is available today and the protocol direction. Any token rewards, slashing, or governance processes depend on deployed protocol rules and public configuration.
Token Economy
The $BIGT token powers incentives and governance:
- Providers stake BIGT to serve requests
- Useful AI service earns token rewards
- Reputation helps the network select better providers
- Governance is intended to let stakeholders guide the protocol as the network matures
Governance Roadmap
bigt.ai is building toward foundation-led, stakeholder-governed protocol operations where participants can:
- Propose and vote on protocol upgrades
- Manage economic policies and tokenomics
- Shape the direction of the DAI network
